Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Jio, your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and engineering international telecom networks (end-to-end).

2. Coordinating with device/product teams to support 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities.

3. Validating technical requirements and designs for global roaming—covering billing, provisioning, performance, etc.

4. Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals for network deployments, upgrades, or investments.

5. Evaluating service providers in terms of performance, coverage, and capabilities.

6. Analyzing and troubleshooting network performance and routing issues.

7. Identifying root causes and recommending improvements for optimization.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Knowledge of 4G, 3G, and 2G network fundamentals
• Basic understanding of network deployment
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Sound understanding of business processes and acumen
