When Should You Report?
After the seat allotment results are released (which is on
July 22, 2025), students are expected to report to their allotted colleges
between July 23 to July 26. Failing to do so can lead to cancellation of your
seat, so make sure to act quickly.
Step-by-Step Procedure to Report to College
1. Self-Reporting Online
Before you go to the college, you need to complete something called self-reporting. It’s like telling the counselling board that you're accepting the seat.
Here’s how to do it:
- Visit the official website: eapcet-sche.aptonline.in
- Login using your credentials (like your hall ticket number)
- Download your seat allotment order
- Pay the tuition fee, if required
- Take a printout of:
- Allotment Order
- Fee Payment Receipt
- Self-reporting acknowledgment
Without doing this part, even if you go to the college, they won't accept your admission.
2. Report to the College in Person
Once you’ve done the online part, the next step is to
physically visit the college that has been allotted to you. You need to carry
all your original documents along with photocopies.
Documents to Carry
- AP EAMCET 2025 Allotment Order
- EAMCET Rank Card & Hall Ticket
- 10th & 12th Marks Memos
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Aadhar Card
- Caste Certificate (for BC/SC/ST students)
- Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement, if eligible)
- Recent passport-size photos (3-5)
- Domicile or Residence Certificate if asked
Tip: It’s better to
carry one folder with all originals and one folder with photocopies.
What Happens If You Don't Report?
If you miss the college reporting deadline, your seat will
be cancelled. You’ll have to wait for the next phase of counselling, but
there’s no guarantee you’ll get the same seat or college again. So don’t take
this step lightly.
Extra Tips:
- Call the college before visiting to confirm the reporting time and process.
- If you need a hostel seat, ask about it while reporting.
- After completing the process, ask for a fee receipt and admission confirmation from the college office.
- If possible, take your parent or guardian along, especially if you’re going to a new city.
Final Note
This reporting step might seem a little tiring, but it’s the final door you have to walk through to start your college journey. Once it’s done, you’re officially a student at your new college! So stay calm, stay organized, and take your first step confidently.
